I Love This Book Contest

What do I do?

vDecorate a cereal box based on a book you LOVE.

vInclude characters, setting, book cover, or any details about the book.

vFind a real cereal box and any materials for decorating.

vCover the cereal box with paper and decorate.

vWrite student’s and teacher’s name on the bottom of the box.

vProps can be used.

vThe book can be from Westside, home, or another library.

vThe cereal box and book will be displayed together in the Library.

 

When do I turn this in?

vBring decorated cereal box and book to the library between

      Mar 7 - March 25.

vCereal boxes will be on display in the Library through March 31.

vPrizes will be awarded for most creative boxes.

Every five years, the West Fargo School District goes through an accreditation process to improve practices in the school system.  West Fargo Public Schools is involved in a continuous improvement process that involves all stakeholders including parents, staff, and students. The results will help us identify our strengths, areas for improvement, and stakeholder attitudes. It will also help you understand the AdvancED Standards for Quality Schools, and what a parent, student or staff member should expect in a high quality school system.

 

Your help completing the survey will be greatly appreciated. Please plan on taking a few minutes during Parent-Teacher Conferences to complete this survey. Computers will be set up in the Westside Elementary School Library along with directions.  If you are unable to complete the survey during P-T Conferences, we ask that you please go to the district website (see below).  Paper copies will also be available upon request in your school office.

The first question you will be asked is which school your child(ren) attend.  If you have children in more than one school, please choose the school your oldest child attends OR you can complete the survey for each child at each school.  The choice is yours.
